gdk-pixbuf no longer supports RAS, PCX and WBMP

JPEG-2000 - libpixbufloader-jasper has been removed from debian:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=812630
Some other distributions may still have it
